Description
These small figural steel scissors are an early version of the popular stork scissors seen today.
They are engraved on both sides with feathers,
and there are traces of a gilded finish.
They have some discoloration but are in overall great
condition with no rust or other damage and
t
hey measure 3 5/8″ long
. The blades have intact, needle sharp points and they cut very well. The inside of the blades are marked: one side
is “Solingen, Germany” and the other : “DE Boer, Bach & CE Boer”
