Classic Red Mill Mfg.  This is one of the earlier pieces before they started to include the year when signed/produced (circa late 70’s).  This little guy has been neglected for some time.  There is damage to back of his left ear/head area as shown in the last pics.  From poor storage there is some discoloration but that can be corrected.  Being sold as found so minor cleaning may be desired.  Stands 5 1/4″ tall and weights 10 ozs before packing.
