We are Platinum members of Wyndham Resorts, which is the top level of Wyndham membership. Occasionally we are not able to use all of our Wyndham vacations in a given year, so we reserve nice vacations and make them available on eBay for others to enjoy. This helps us recover some of our costs, so it is a win-win for both of us.  Helpful Hints for Registration Confirmation 1. You do not have to own timeshare or belong to RCI in order to purchase this. AND you do not have to attend a Timeshare Sales presentation. ABSOLUTELY NOT. 2. Once reservations are put in your name, the unit is yours for the dates indicated. You do not have to arrive on the first night of your stay. Your reservation will still be held for the time period specified in the auction. If you don’t arrive, it will sit empty. However, there will not be any nights added to your stay for any unused nights, and no refunds. 3. The resort has a Non-Smoking policy in the units and buildings. 4. The resort has the right to enforce occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in time is typically 4:00 pm daily; check-out time is typically 10:00 am.
