The resort boasts a lazy river, water slide, toddler friendly pool area and 2 hot tubs plus an indoor pool. You can relax poolside with a cocktail from the pool bar or take in the sun on the pedestrian-only beach splashing in the Atlantic Ocean. Less than a 1/2 mile is the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and the Main Street Pier. The Daytona Convention Center is only 1 mile from this amazing resort. A few short miles from the International Speedway!

If inclement weather should occur, the guest’s reservation remains active as long as the resort is open and operational. S Resort’s cancellation policy applies. S Resorts is not responsible and cannot offer any refunds if airline flights are cancelled or a guest misses a flight.
Reservations cancelled by S Resorts will receive a credit on file.
Renter shall not sublet this lease without Owner’s express written consent.
The Renter agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy for the condo assigned.
Renter agrees to abide by policies set by the management, refrain from loud noise and to return condo in clean, picked up condition or pay costs of same. Renter is responsible for any damages incurred.
Renter agrees that no pets shall be allowed in condo. Service animals with legal documentation will be allowed and must be arranged with the resort front desk prior to your arrival.
